RFID SYSTEM
The RFID project of AMF Safey Shoes aims to make a complete and transversal follow up of the production of a pair of shoes, since the moment of its production until the final distributor. We hope that in a next phase, there is the possibility of our distributors to use this technology to their benefit.
INJECTION PLANNING SIMULATOR
The variety, quantities and delivery times in the orders of shoes made in our rotary injection machine, demands a high level of preparation. The manual process implied a lot of dedication and was a complex operation. With this system, the process is now almost instantaneous and error-free.
SENSORIZED INSOLES
This technology intends to determine the daily effort that the worker exerts in the activity and prevent the risk of exaggerated effort. These insoles provide a greater comfort to the worker as well as to accompany him in his tasks, monitoring the efforts.
INFINITY 3D BONDING
The TOWORKFOR INFINITY customizer is an absolutely innovative and revolutionary project in the international Safety Footwear Industry. The use of the unique 3D Bonding technology of AMF, allows the end user to customize several details his own safety shoe.
3D VIRTUAL SHOWROOM
Using the latest 360º virtual reality technology, this project aims to demonstrate all the details of any TOWORKFOR collection without having the need to physically have the shoes. The result is an exciting 360º immersive experience that puts all the senses and sensations of the user to the test, combining in perfect doses of information about the brand with the user's enjoyment.
