Our two bonded lines and vast experience in the safety footwear market allow us to produce more flexible bonded shoes, which require less investment and reach a production capacity of more than 2000 pairs of shoes per day.

INJECTION LINE
The 24 stations of our DESMA injection machine guarantee a daily capacity of 2100 pairs produced, in the following materials:

LABORATORY
We have a fully equipped laboratory that allows us to test all our models and their materials to the limit during the prototype development phase.
We perform dozens of tests such as:
- Slip of the soles;
- Toe cap resistance
- Resistance to cold and abrasion;
- Cutting tests;
- Among others.
These tests help us to correct, change and improve our models before they are considered complete, and ready to be certified by external entities.
